It solved a very frustrating problem we had in being able to get the shower head positioned just right for my wife and I (with 8" of height difference between us).
Highly recommend and would buy again.
Very sad. Avoid this shower arm! If it was actually made by Danze, shame on them.
Now the bad part, once installed and turned water on, water is spilling out at the top 90 degree elbow turn. After taking it apart, I found the o-ring at that joint is tad size small. I replaced with o-ring of size 5/8" ID and 3/4" OD. And that did the trick. It is water tight all along the whole arm. The o-ring is just 30 cents.

The finish, weight and overall feel are good but it leaked like sieve at the upper swivel connection right out of the box. Read morePublished 15 days ago by staceych
Great product. Really helps extend the height. I HATE having to bend over to rinse my head and face.
Regarding the product leaking, give me a break. Read more
Water leaked from the whole device, no matter how tight you screwed it. I would not recommend buying. Water leaked everywherePublished 1 month ago by Brandon Levy

An easy fix for a shower where the outlet is placed too low. It also helps to move the showerhead further away from the wall to get more of the "rain" effect out of the new... Read morePublished 3 months ago by Mark W.
