I've been buying Hot Wheels race tracks and cars for a long time and noticed they have been lowering the quality a lot. But then I found Darda race tracks. This race track is simply the best race track I've seen and used in the past 30 years!

Has a lot of parts so the kids can build a lot of different tracks. Really easy to build. And the cars have a wind up motor so good that the tracks can have a lot of loops and the cars can manage them all. The cars almost never leave the track, which happens a lot with Hot Wheels.

Absolutely recommended! Kids love it!

I got this racetrack for my boys, 4 & 6, for Christmas. They love it! You can build a suggested course, or one of your own. There are so many pieces, you can actually have several tracks built at the same time. The cars really fly around the curves and loops. Even my husband was impressed.

Word of warning - they mean it when they say not to use the cars on carpet. My kids broke one car within a week this way.

What a fun system! We bought this for our 4 1/2 year old son and he has so much fun playing with it. He's too young to build the complicated tracks, but once a parent builds one, his eyes light up and he has a blast watching the cars go. The cars are easy to wind up and they travel much faster than I expected. The track building instructions are easy to follow and concise. Definitely a fun track system for any child.

So here's the deal, if I would have rated it 5 stars then it wouldn't matter what flaws I state, so listen up Darda!

1. Make the box bigger...it's a very nice built plastic box, why ruin its utility and make it so small...it's either heading to the street for garbage pickup OR it's going to store some other toy(s).
2. Add more track connectors.

Yep, that's it, do these two simple things and you product would shine! If these improvements were executed by the manufacture and I received a package with these 2 improvements then I would have rated 5 of 5 stars.

Both my 4.5 year old son and 3.5 year old nephew got this for Christmas. They both love it and have lots of fun playing with it. It's fun to pick out the track to build (with a grown up's help) and watch the cars go. When the cars don't make it around the track, the kids have fun trying to figure out the problem and adjusting the track accordingly. Although they can't build the more complicated tracks, they like to disassemble and change the more simple areas of the track, keeping the towers and loops in tack. My 2 year old daughter enjoys playing with the cars on the track as well.

The only problem I has is with the case. There is no way, once you open it up, you can get all the pieces to fit back into the bin. It keeps the left over pieces, not being used for whatever track is currently constructed, nicely put away. But, if you want to put the entire track away - pay really good attention as to how it came out of the box!

First off, I was a little nervous about the price, but let me say that it's worth it. Quality product, and being a guy who jumps right in without reading instructions, quite intuitive. I went back to the instrux after cranking out a couple of set ups, and it's easy to figure out without the instructions, but they give some good direction as to what you can do. my kids (girl 5, boy 2.5) can't get enough. It's even displaced the train table, which is saying volumes. The only thing I would like with this is full-color photos of the setups. With all the winding in and out of tracks on the loopy sections, it would be nice to have a little more clarity when doing some of the pre-set setups. But having all the parts to make multiple tracks at once is invaluable. I would also recommend having at least two cars per kid, to account for a 'temporarily missing' vehicle (i just ordered 3 more). Great product.

This is a great race set for both boys and girls and best of all it doesn't take batteries or electricity. The track can be difficult for young hands, adult help is necessary. It is durable and will be fun for many hours of play.

In the past we have purchased many different sets of Hot Wheels. My boys have always been lured to the pictures on the outside of the box depicting wild loops and racing cars. However, upon opening, Hot Wheels has consistently disappointed. Hot Wheels is cheap and easily falls apart. The opposite is true with Darda. I was dubious at first to spend so much money. But this is an excellent product. My 4 and 7 year old boys really enjoy playing with this. The instructions are very good. My 4 year old is too young to follow the instructions but enjoys helping put the pieces together. The Create a Course System offers many different race tracks to build. The kids are limited only by their imagination. I also viewed a "You Tube" video clip depicting the Darda car racing. Check it out if you want to get an idea at how fast these little cars go. They go super fast and plus **No Batteries**!!

This was a Christmas gift for my 6 yr old son and he was very excited to have it. It is great! We love the fact that you can change the track as the only flaw with this system is that you can't race your car against another car so after watching your car go around a track several times it loses its draw. We quickly change it to another track to keep us entertained. My son does not play with it everyday but when he does he enjoys it.

We small a small Darda racetrack at a local toystore and was impressed with the racetrack as compared to the hotwheels or other tracks we've seen. This box provides a tremendous amount of possibilities to configure different fun tracks. It takes a little getting used to winding up the cars (and getting used to the stop n go car which needs to be bumped to be started), but now our 4year old is an expert and is interested in building his own configurations (with a little help - he's able to connect most pieces himself). This will really grow with him.
