Reading this book brought me back to my Alexander teacher training classes with Judith Leibowitz, in vivid detail. Kathryn Miranda has captured the narrative Judith provided as she conveyed the subtleties of the Alexander Technique through her highly skilled hands-on work. This book offers teachers the opportunity to hear Judy's wisdom and the clarity with which she communicated the concepts of the Alexander Technique, the art of teaching, and the use of the hands.

it's a very good book about alexander technique, but to appreciate it to its full extent, one must have allready taken quite a few alexander lessons.
