As a novice knitter, I wanted to try something different--hence, the round knitting loom! My daughter got a single one by Knifty Knitter, and wouldn't let me use hers. I wanted to get something similar, and found the whole set for less than what my friend paid for the single Knifty Knitter adult hat loom! Yay! So far, so good! No real noticeable difference in the brands, honestly. Both are solid and well-made. I can honestly recommend this product!! Easy to use, good directions, and it's simple enough for an 8 year old!

I have owned this product for almost a year or so. Nothing has broke, and I love making hats and misc things with them. The sizes vary in size, and make great projects for any age.

Update: My friends child age 2 stepped on top of them and the pegs didn't break, sturdy! :)

I WANT TO EXPRESS THAT ALL THIS PRODUCTS THAT I BOUGHT TO AMAZON, ARE VERY VERY USEFULL, VERY BEAUTIFULL, AND HAVE A GREAT AND PERFECT DESIGN. I`M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND I REALLY ENJOY USING THEM. THE LOOMS USED WITH THE HOOK, ALLOWS TO KNIT A LOT OF VERY PRETTY DESIGNS, ,EASILY AND QUICKLY, IN DIFERENT SIZES. I RECOMMEND YOU TO PROVE TO USE THESE PRODUCTS.

I bought this when I was pregnant with my son and I made him about 10 hats before he was born. It was fun and a great way to satisfy my nesting and occupy my sleepless nights. Very easy to use and recommended for anyone who likes "busy work".

I got this product today after ordering it on Sunday. Did I mention I LOVE Amazon Prime? I have always wanted to knit and have tried numerous times to teach myself via book, DVD, etc. and never could grasp it. After playing around with these looms for an hour, I had the concept down and was well on my way to loom knitting a hat. It would have taken me only 15-30 minutes to get it right except I had multiple distractions --- kids.

So far, in the past four hours, I have knitted two hats and am looking online for other projects to get started on. Please note that the instructions that came with the looms were of little benefit to me. It wasn't until I searched the web that I found a technique I could understand and run with.

I would recommend this product to anyone who, like me, could never learn knitting the "traditional" way. Also, I would recommend these looms for anyone who has arthritic problems. I have a difficult time performing a lot of tasks with my hands. They either become too stiff, cramp or ache horribly doing simple tasks. Given the size of the looms and the ease of pulling the yarn using the knitting tool that comes with the looms, I had very little problems. I did have to stop occasionally because of the above arthritic issues, however, I didn't have to stop as often as I do when typing and certainly not as often as I have to rest my hands when handwriting. I was both shocked and thrilled at the same time.

As of this writing, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product. I'll revisit my review after using them for a month or two.

ok Ive had these looms for just going on about a month. In that time ive made a scarf, a garterstitch wrist band and 4 count em 4 hats!!! And i tell u what, thats a hell of a lot more than i was able to do with my crochet hook in the same amount of time. the only real problem is the fact that i keep running outta material, lol!!!!

The hat is o.k. If you have no skills as far as crocheting or knitting you might like this. I can crochet a hat in the same amount of time as making one on this thing. The spokes you have to wrap the yarn around tend to fall out. The instructions say to loosely wrap yarn around to prevent this from happening. Do that and you have a very loosely knit item. I like making things nice and tight. It's a fine play thing for a kid but I hated it.

This knitting loom set works out perfect for me. It makes it easier to knit especially for those like I have troubles coordinating hands when it comes to using knitting needles. I highly reccommend this and to bookmark youtube tutorial videos within your own youtube account(view or home page at youtube). The video tutorials will help you perfectly on using this product and how to make hats, panels, etcetera.

Everybody in the family is KNITTING. I may have to buy another set. So far I have a great winter hat.

I am so happy with my looms they have inspired me! I have already made about 8 items already! I can't wait for more time to use my new little inspiration piece!
