Regina Glei was born in Germany but nourished a fascination for the Far East ever since she was a little girl. She graduated in Japanese Studies and lives and works now in Japan for over eight years already. Her other fascination is with words and although she does speak and read/write Japanese, she still prefers to write in English. Living far away from her home country for so long, has surely influenced her writing too; it’s speculative and sometimes weird...

I'ts not a long book, but in times of triologys consistent of hundreds and hundreds of pages, it is refreshing! A good story does not have to be long, and the story is good. You don't expect what is coming! I really can happily reccomend it! I hope to read more of the author!
