5.0 out of 5 stars Dark Planet Rocks !
Dark Planet is a really cool game. You get to play 3 races and each one is totally different. I can't stop playing this game.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's cheap and worth buying.
What we have is a game worth buying. It has good graphics, the futuristic vs medieval vs monsters works, and watching armies clashing on the battlefield is a great site to see. Let me tell you though, there is little or no support , nobody plays online, no storyline, and the campaign missions are the same. Although this game is pretty much dead, it's worth the $.

This is a very fun game. I love the fact that the sound isn't overwhelming. The action is good. There isn't any swearing! The different races are easy on the eyes. Even the insectoid one!

Lots of 3D texture detail. Realistic sound effects.

5 stars on fun. 4.5 stars on gameplay. I found out the hard way that it likes to lock up sometimes if you have "fast mouse" selected.

A fine game even for the kids!

I've been playing the demo of this for a while and it's superb. Imagine all the best bits from Age, Starcraft and hopefully what Warcraft3 looks like it's going to be and put it together in a superb 3D engine and bob's your uncle! It seems to simply polish the genre without breaking it. Completely recommended. search the web for screenshots if you need convinving.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you like star craft..., July 22, 2002

This game is another starcraft clone. That said it's a very good one. The races have at least as much variety as starcraft's and they all have more units. The graphics are good and the sound is great. If you like starcraft then you'll probably like this game to. It is easy to see how it got a mature rateing. Blood stains the battle field and the screams of defeated units fill the air as huge, great looking armies tear in to one another. A great addition to it's genre over all.
