I love Japanese horror as it so often blends a sophisticated story into some of the most frightening cinematic moments in the genre. This collection is slow, boring,very cheaply produced (all video-no film) and not in the least bit scary. It looks like a college project.

This film isn't intended to deeply frighten the viewer, more like crack them up with campiness. I must say there is a lingering aftertaste of creepiness, but the overall feeling is the same as watching a made for tv "Tales from the Crypt" episode, or reading old, cheap 50's horror novels. Highly recommended for Halloween parties and "fun" scare fests.
