I confess that while ordering this comic book I was a little afraid that it would be the same all over again. I have read "The Darkness" and also completed the video game, and I was a little afraid that this comic book will be the same story. But I was surprised, because it is written in a wonderful way, and yes, is the story of the game, and you know what's going to happen because you ahve played the game, but the drawings and the way it's told compensates for that. Also, there are some differences between the video game and this comic book that makes an interesting re-told of a tale.

In conclusion, it's like the same story with different words and story telling. But if you're a fan of "The Darknes" and enjoyed both the "classic" Darkness and the game, you'll enjoy it!
