Darn Tough is 100% my favorite sock brand. I've tried all different models and haven't found any I don't like yet. I use the cushion ones for trail running and hiking and the mesh ones for fitting in nice shoes or just hanging out around town. I haven't had a hole in a pair yet, which can't compare to any of my other socks. For the person who's sock was too small - sounds like you just need another size. If it fits I think you'll definitely love it. Bonus that it's made in the US too.

I got some of these along with some socks of another brand, and these were too small for my feet, even though I believe I ordered the correct size. They seem to be well made, but they were a little rough feeling, and too small to boot. Recommend looking for something else. I like these the least of all the socks I bought to try out.
