More About the Author

I was born in Birmingham in the UK in 1947. Shortly after obtaining a mining degree I moved to Cornwall to work in the china clay mines. 40 years later I'm still loving life on the beautiful Westcountry coast, just a short drive from the atmospheric wilderness of Dartmoor. Walking the moor, soaking up the atmosphere and sense of history given by its ancient standing stones, has been a passion for many years. Writing ambitions had to wait until I managed early retirement. My books are fantasies set in current times and in real locations. My object is to transport readers to those locations and have them believe that maybe, just maybe, the tales could be true.
