A ridiculous book...,

This review is from: Darwin's Mistake: Antediluvian Discoveries Prove: Dinosaurs and Humans Co-Existed (Paperback)
Darwin's Mistake by Hans Zillmer is by far the worst book I have read in a long time. Originally written in German this here is a poorly translated version full of grammar and spelling mistakes.
The book starts out with the presentation of some highly dubious examples of man made fossil remains that are presumably found in Cretaceous sediments near Paluxy river in Texas. In stead of debunking this so-called "evidence" the author assumes them to be genuine and this leads him to the following conclusion: humans and dinosaurs at some point in time co-existed together... Zillmer continues his exposition by stating that the Earth must be significantly younger than suggested by the scientific establishement and in chapter 4 brings forth a completely ridiculous theory. A global flood and (quote) "... cosmic impacts followed by ruptures of the Earth's crust leading to temperatures of up to 100,000 degrees" are, according to Zillmer, all that is required to explain why Earth is what it is today. In the remainder of the book Zillmer tries to convince his readers that everything we know about geology, biology and evolution is wrong by postulating quite a number of proposterous theories and scenarios. In the course of doing so he mainly convinces us that he clearly misunderstands all principles of geology and evolution in the first place! Well established processes such as sedimentation, orogenesis, fossilisation and plate tectonics are completely butchered by the author because he frantically needs to prove his case. In stead of interpreting the evidence to confirm or deny a theory, Zillmer makes up his own evidence. Concluding I would highly recommend NOT reading this book. It is a sad collection of misinterpretations and deliberate falsifications presented as scientific truth.

This review is from: Darwin's Mistake: Antediluvian Discoveries Prove: Dinosaurs and Humans Co-Existed (Paperback)
I'll keep this short. This is the best book EVER on the subject of Creation vs. Evolution. Translated from its original German text, Dr. Zillmer puts forth a host of undisputable evidence (much of which was only found in recent decades) that completely destroys everything Lyell and Darwin's theories are built on. The author demonstrates a solid knowledge of paleontology, geology, world history, religion and chemistry. He uses logic to systematically demolish every one of Darwin's theories and puts forth his own ideas (which he backs up by science and history). In his book, he gives undeniable evidence of a literal, worldwide flood and other major catastrophes. In short, he's a genius. If evolution is only a theory, then why is it taught as fact? This book should be required reading for all high school and college students. This should also be read by all who have an interest in geology, antediluvian times, and science as it applies to religion. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I have read it several times and even after reading many other books in similarly interesting topics, I rate it as 5+. There are some books which have changed my view about the world and this is one of them.
I admire people who are able to write easy, without adding a lot of pages about our wonderful self. Usually we have to go thorough thick book of wonderful terminology to get a piece of information. In here everything is simple. It seems science is opening up a little bit from the middle ages censure and lot of interesting materials will be publishing coming years. Wish you a enjoyable moments of reading!
