Who else could sing others' songs like these two? Some of the songs on this CD sound better than the originals. Hall and Oates are SO much better together than apart. If you are a Hall and Oates fan, and have not purchased this newest one, you are missing out.
As I am enjoying playing this one in my vehicle's CD player over and over, I await the next one.

THIS IS A SUPER ALBUM .HALL AND OATES GIVE STELLA LIVE PERFORMANCES,SEVEAL BONUS TRACKS ,AND INTERVIEWS. IF YOU LOVE HALL AND OATES,YOU WILL LOVE THIS DVD.IF YOU DONT LIKE THEM,THIS PERFORMANCE,MAY CHANGE YOUR MIND. I OWN THIS DISC AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

This is a must for any Hall & Oates fan or any music lover! Hall still sounding great!!

If you are a H&O fan, you will love this. Great songs, great interviews with the boys at Daryl's winter home. You get to see how they really are behind the scenes. They love their music and their fans.

If you Love Daryl Hall & John Oates, you will love this new DVD! Daryl, John & the band singing live all the songs from their latest CD Our Kind of Soul. They are great recorded, but unbelievable performing live! Rock Steady is a great up beat tune, and the sad, but beautiful Neither One of Us is very poignant. Due to the multi layered nuances of After The Dance, this will probably be the only time you will see this great, haunting song sung live by Hall & Oates.

If you love Hall and Oates you must own this DVD. I have already watched it many times and I must say it is well worth the money and much more. Daryl's voice has never been better. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Again, another very good music DVD and interviews showing how creative and new these 2 can be.

This is an EXCELLENT DVD of Hall & Oates' live performance. I don't think I've ever heard a better sounding live performance by any other artist(s) except for maybe Pink Floyd when they did their "Pulse" tour. The musicianship is superb from ALL the musicians involved in this production. The live sound is impeccable and the sound engineer did a fabulous job with the sound. Buy it!

Also, for those of you who like Todd Rundgren (whose voice is very similar to Darryl Hall's), you might want to purchase his live DVD, Liars Live!, which is also an excellent production and has a futuristic opening, with the first song "Truth" performed with a "blue haze glow" filter on the camera. Another excellent choice! PS-I think John Oates is much more handsome with a moustache and I wish he would grow it back.

You know that Hall & Oates just seem to get better and better as time goes on!!! I Love every song on this DVD:) I know that you will, too.....

Our Kind of Soul IS Daryl and John's soul statement. Unfortunately,I was searching for the classic Hall'N Oats sound. This isn't it. I'll give it a 3 because I was the knucklehead who thought (for some reason) that they would sing some of their favorites. It's still Hall'N Oats: just not hits we've come to love. (Well, they DO sing hits, but they're old Motown R&B soul hits... which is sort of what the title says.)
