Fantastic
Every once and a while I have the pleasure of taking this book down from my shelf. The mix of beauty and despair is all wrapped up in a non-descript case. A MUST-HAVE for any collector of photography or artist books.

Vacuous Rubbish
The "art" of Dash Snow does not progress beyond the aesthetic parameters of the average sixth-grader, with the odd intrusion of a sensibility that falls somewhere between pornography and snuff. The mere fact that this has even been termed art makes it all the more appalling; people have paid tens of thousands of dollars to own works by this petulant wannabe. This...

pornography and snuff. The mere fact that this has even been termed art makes it all the more appalling; people have paid tens of thousands of dollars to own works by this petulant wannabe. This collection (which I have seen elsewhere) is childish, boorish, undisciplined, unprincipled - and is an absolute abomination in the eyes of any artist with the slightest sense of discipline and desire to progress.
