Being a huge fan of Amar Chitra Katha, I jumped at the chance to buy the Dasha Avatar kindle edition for my new iPad (using the Kindle for iPad app). I have to admit that I am very disappointed. The purchase and delivery of the comic to my iPad was flawless, but the comic fails to exploit the richness of the iPad form factor. The overall feel is that of a scanned comic with the images failing to scale with the multi-touch gestures (pixelated).
