I'm very disappointed in my copy. I had no trouble with entering data into the database (which I think is very well designed, actually), but I can't get the labels to print. The manual says to trust the Wizard, and the Wizard lets me input personal information, then poops out when it comes to showing the templates. Support was not very helpful to a person like me (I need my computers *very* friendly and intuitive). If anyone can tell me how to get the Wizard to work, or where to find the basic instructions for setting up an address label with database fields, I'd be willing to upgrade my rating . . . if the rest of the program works as advertised, of course.
