Each time I go to connect my phone, I have to reinstall. The phonebook data transfers but in a format that is only useful as a last gasp backup. When it comes to pictures, the software stopped working after a few pic's. I will have to reinstall to get the next few. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This package is painful.

This entire package is so poorly done, I don't know where to begin. The instructions are useless, the software did not work for my LG AX4270, kit comes with a usb cable and if you try to do their manual install there is no way to select a usb cable, you're told to enter a cable number which is on the packaging...there is no number, the cable end has a 6 digit number but the field will only take a 4 digit number, and on and on and on. I am not a novice and have been a computer tech for 20 years...this package certainly ranks in the Top 10 worst software products I have ever used.
