Date Smart! is a fun to read, practical guide to dating and relationships. It is packed full of usable tips and strategies. The format of the book, which is broken down into sections, makes it easy to read and allows for easy access to information you want to go back to later. I especially liked the "15-Minute Find", which is a strategy for deciding whether or not someone is worth pursuing as a potential date. Mr. Coleman and Mr. Doyle have written a book that should be read by all single people who are seeking positive, fulfilling relationships.

In a style that's fast and fun to read, this book answered so many of the relationship questions I've wondered about for years. The subject matter is presented in a way that's positive and reassuring- that I'm not just a freak who's bad at dating! I got this book on a recommendation from a friend figuring it wouldn't help me, yet now I feel like I know how to start looking for a truly positive and meaningful relationship. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to seriously understand relationships, without giving up a light-hearted and fun approach!

I read this book literally from cover to cover and could not put it down! I ran the complete gamut from laughing to crying. It explained to me why I had made 'bad picks' in the past, what things contributed to my 'broken picker' and HOW I COULD CHANGE THAT! The 'Bad Kissers' section on page 200 is priceless. I loaned the book to some of my friends, single and married, and they went wild over it too. It covered so many different topics, from having minor problems in an existing relationship, to meeting people and how to do the '15 Minute Find' so you can determine from the very beginning if you're looking for love with the town loser or if this could be Mr./Ms. Right! You have got to read this book, as it is absolutely phenomenal!

When I bought Date Smart! and started reading it I honestly didn't believe that simply reading a book would help me. I've been through countless dead-end relationships and naively thought it was due to bad luck. I had practically given up on dating altogether! But, the book simply and logically explained how to spot a "bad pick", it defined what a healthy relationship really is, and even how to maintain one once you find it. I learned how and why I kept choosing the wrong people to date After reading Date Smart! I feel I now have the knowledge and confidence to enable me to find the right person and maintain a healthy, happy relationship.

This book isn't just for singles...it's for everyone, regardless of your relationship status. Learn about what your mate or potential mate thinks and feels. Better yet...learn about yourself! The content is humorous, fact-filled, and the quizzes are real "eye openers"! If having a worthwhile relationship is at the top of your list, then buying this book is the best money you'll ever spend! Your relationship happiness is too important to let this one get away!

This is a wonderful book for singles to read! I gained a lot of knowledge about the dating world. It's light,fun and easy reading. I laughed about finding out if you are a good kisser or a bad kisser. The book is humorous and witty....yet very educational. It gives a concise picture of the dating scene and how to be successful in landing the right mate forever. I now have the direction after reading this book, I am well prepared to find the love of my life!Timing without action is nothing! I'm glad I took the TIME to read this book, now I can take ACTION! :)

I JUST RECEIVED THIS BOOK "DATE SMART!" IN THE MAIL THIS WEEKEND AFTER HEARING SO MUCH ABOUT IT ON A LOCAL RADIO STATION. I CAN'T PUT IT DOWN!!!! ALMOST EVERYTHING IN THAT BOOK I CAN RELATE TO. I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD RELATIONSHIP BOOK AND THIS ONE RANKS EXCELLENT!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

This book provides straightforward advice for more than just singles. David Coleman knows what he's talking about. I've had the opportunity of seeing him live and it's an enlightening and entertaining presentation, the feel of which he successfully captures in this book. If you're divorced, if you're tired of roller coaster relationships or even if you are a part of a happy couple, you will find something in this book to strengthen your relationship.

Date Smart! is the perfect tool to getting what you want out of a relationship. I found myself jumping from relationship to relationship in search of fulfillment...but I didn't know what I wanted. After reading this book, I know what I want and I know how to get it without wading through the muck. I was searching for a relationship with meaning, and Date Smart! helped me find hope. Now I can honestly and comfortably approach someone because I know how to communicate.

this book will scarily tell you what relationship patterns you have (who/what kind of person you're attracted to), how to figure out if another person is a good match for you (personality, integrity, morals, ethics, intelligence, etc), and how to get your "picker" fixed (being able to pick good guys/girls).

i would recommend this book to everyone i know- this is powerful information. it's not a beat-around-the-bush type... it gets down to business.
