This does not work with a PSP with Serial number HU###. From what I have read it only works with Serial numbers below AB2###.

charge as instructed, then unplug, and replug in the power with the software in the memo-stick in the psp, it'll turn on by itself(at this point some other action may also apply, don't remeber what i did). it worked well for phat psp.
