At the Top With Nowhere To Go,

I stumbled across an mp3 by Three Six Mafia and Fiend today. It was, "Get the ____ Out My Face". Didn't know that Three Six and Fiend did a collaboration called, "Headbussaz". After hearing that one song, I went out and bought the CD. It's tight. Typical Juicy J and DJ Paul. The beats are incredible. The one lament that I have to express--and it's not HCP's fault--is that Project Pat isn't on the CD. You can imagine him on some raps and where he would have come in. Get out soon, Pat. I hope everyone will buy this CD.

hottest underground album in 2002,

This review is from: Dat's How It Happen to 'M (Audio CD)
I didn't even know this album existed until i went to a local Media Play store and had happened to be thumbing through the Triple Six bin and i found this CD and bought it. This album is the hottest thing to come out on Hypnotize Mindz this year, and the album had barely any promotion or advertizing, so you would only go out and buy this if you were a die hard Three 6 Mafia fan. I recommend this the Head Bussaz to anyone who likes to see crunk meets heavy gangsta without hip hop ballads...definetely no soft songs on this dope album!

from the start of this cd till the end there is one thing that remains a constant... this album is great. i would of gave it 5 starts but there seems to be something ou of place with it...oh yeah FIEND... no disrespect to fiend who is a talented artist just his flow doesnt mesh well with the super producers. dj paul drops in your face verses, strong as they are hardcore, and juicy j follows with a pretty good verbal slaughter on the mic, fiend though talented falls short, however not enough to ruin the album. this is a cd that should be put on your list, and if you like the post world domination style of three-6 youll love this album

I thought this cd was new.,

I got this a week ago. When I first saw it I thought it was a new release. But apparently it is a couple of years old. I thought I new of every hipnotized mind and prophet posse release I never heard of this. On to the cd it is a solid release. It is not as good as there older material, but still it is aggresive this is right before they sold out and became pop. This maybe there last hard hard core release. The problem with there newer release is they have lost that addictive edge that they once had. The beats are good but are not special or hipnotic, or mystical. You have to be a fan for a long time or a person that is aware of there older material. The question I have is how did they hook up with fiend. Contrary to what people say he does sound good raping to these beats. I can only recomend this to triple six fans it is not bad and if you are curious get it but three six fans will like it more. If you like fiend get his no limit release there is one in every family that thing cranks one of the rare good NL cd's. Peace

This is a pretty good album. All the beats are really good. This is more like a 3 6 mafia featuring Fiend. What I mean is Fiend doesnt really show as much of himself in this album as he does in his other releases. 3 six mafia on this record are like how they normally are so if you like them then cop this album. Fiend comes correct on this album but hes doesnt get too personal which i think is a strong point for him usually. But he rips all his verses and his flow is really good. While Fiend sounds good on this album, he sounds a little out of place on sometimes on the Memphis beats. But its a great cd, it definately bumps and thats all that should be expected from this cd.

The Most Gangsterist Album Of The Year,

DJ Paul, Juicy J and Fiend present to you Da Headbussaz; quite an intriguing trio if I must say so myself. Pairing Fiend, the gruff voiced underrated former No Limit soldier, with arguably the best producers in the game right now seemed like heaven (or hell). These three drop some classic verses all throughout this album and is definitely one of the most gangsterist albums I own. The beats are riding...nothing but some gangsta shhh that sounds oh so clean in a nice system. Amazing beats. Fierce...aggressive...fearless production. The lyrics are on point...it seems like each song has a different person shining on the song. Fiend's rough growl coupled with DJ Paul's pimp juice and Juicy J's shhh talking makes this album highly enjoyable. If you like gangsta rap, down south music or the Hypnotize Camp Posse than this is a MUST HAVE.1. U See We Poe

Three 6 Mafia + Fiend: good rap vs. c+rap,
By
This review is from: Dat's How It Happen to 'M (Audio CD)
Fiend kills what Three 6 did well with. He isn't too bad on "Head Bussaz" but he ruins most of the other material. Juicy's pitiful attempts at singing don't help either. In the end, it's Juice Man's rapping on about half the tracks and D.J. Paul that save it.
