My Daughter Is Drummer in the Rock'n Roll Band was a wonderful surprise. I bought it because our book-club was reading it. I loved it! I have not read an entire book of poetry in a long, long time, if ever. I realize that I keep thinking about some of the ideas and images. Something mundane will remind me of a poem and the beautiful view of life that is captured in these lines. Some are funny; some are sad; some touching. All are beautiful. I will be looking for more from this gifted poet and this book has spurred my interest in poetry.
