Daughter by Spirit is a moving novel. The characters are written so crisp, the dialogue flows so nicely that you're able to follow every scene, building up to the novel's dramatic conclusion. The novel is so pure, so deep that moments within it will move you to tears and to joy. Rivers does an excellent job in pulling you into the story's dramatic plot and leaving you soulfully satisfied at the end of a fastly-paced novel.
