This is a workout video and nothing else.
This video is about 30 minutes long, also with a special feature a Slideshow of 99 pictures of Dave Nathan from this video! Dave Nathan is shirtless, wearing workout shorts and tennis shoes. He's in a small workout area with exercise equipment. He is basically giving us simple workout routines. He does about 25 of them. On the plus side you also get a bonus of watching Dave Nathan working out with his amazing sexy body!

Dave is an excellent teacher. He show how to do the exercises, then coaches you through a series of routines. I don't feel the DVD is long enough. Should be broken down by region, back, chest, arms etc. He is entertaining and proves that his methods work. Just feel could have devoted more time to each body part worked. Average in quality and quantity.
