It is different. Don't know if I like the flavor yet. Perhaps I've not found the right thing to put it on. So far just some nacho chips to see what it tastes like. Tangy peachy with a slow heat. Hot but didn't strike me as anywhere near the Insanity Sauce. If you are into hot sauces this is a good one to try as it is unlike the rest of the herd. I've got to play with this one more to see what I can match up the flavors with.
