This DVD was enjoyable to watch. It covered a lot of basic skills in a resonable time frame, which meant I did not get bored! A true beginning golfer might want something more in-depth, but this is a good refresher course DVD for mid-high handicappers. The sections for women and seniors are good also.

Wonderful instructional video. Covers basic to intermediate. Good camera angles to give you a real look a what a great swing looks like and instruction on how to mimic it. I learned a great deal. Would highly recommend.

I like this dvd very much. I took five golf lessons and it was ok. But, I think the instructor that I had was not a good one. Then one month later I purchased this dvd. This dvd is what taught me how to swing the club. I do not know if it will work for everyone, but for me it was just what I needed. It starts from the very basics of the swing and builds from there with exercises along the way that help build the swing as you are introduced to it. I have been working on my swing for about 5 months and am very happy with it. It seems to be repetition of the basics over and over that worked for me. Learning to relax and build muscle memory are important the keys. Months later, I pop in the dvd and run through he basic swing building exercises and they still help. Right now I am slowing building distance. But, because of this dvd I hit straightand with great consistency. I still have a long way to go. But, I feel as though I am headed in the right direction. And the funny thing is that when you swing correctly it does have an effortless and good feel to it. Golf is a strange sport..ha ha. When I try to hit hard, it always goes bad. But, buy the dvd and you will see what I mean. Good luck!
