Here is a wonderfully happy story of a young boy, his Mormor (grandmother), and his favorite toy. Parents and children will both relate to David's attachment to his favorite toy, the sadness upon discovering a missing piece, and the lengths a loving grownup will go to in order to replace that piece. The book is charmingly illustrated with photographs of David and his family.

This is the moving story of young David and his grandmother "Mormor" whose relationship is preserved in a wooden alphabet puzzle that they play with during each visit. When one of the pieces is lost, Mormor pays tribute to her grandson's imagination and his attachment to the puzzle with an ingenious solution.
