Great resource for boaters
This is a great handy reference tool for all boaters. It's part of a series of cards for boaters that are extremely practical and useful.

Little Value
Most information included on the single card is elementary -- example: MAN OVERBOARD 1) shout "man overboard" 2) point to victim 3) throw PFD, 4) etc..... Found the card to be of limited value.
