The original bottle is 13 oz and bit taller than this 10.1 oz. Having said that, this new bottle is less likely to slip on the counter when you push the pump down because the base is now proportionately bigger and is more stable. It has a big top so it is easier to place your palm to pump. This foam dish washing soap works great, tough against grease.

We used to use a liquid dish washing soap, but foam is faster and more convenient. Saves time and water because you don't have to work on a lather because it is already lather when it goes out from the pump. The suds last a long time in between pumps.

What is great is that it is refillable. It also works by mixing the right amount of water and a regular liquid dishwash soap. Probably about 1/6 soap and 5/6 water. You know you put too much soap into the mixture if it is thick and if you can see the color of the soap instead of pure white foam. This saves as a lot of money on dishwashing soap.

It also adds a little fun washing the dishes.

They item is great, and i thought, this is awesome, they sell it on amazon, until i realized that they do not protect bottles during shipping, so sometimes the bottles leak.

I ordered one case of this, excited to subscribe and save. In the first box one of the bottles was damaged to the point that it leaked over everything including saturating the box.

Amazon, being amazing, sent me a replacement shipment at no cost to me.

The replacement box had two damaged bottles, was again saturated, and caused quite a mess in our awesome UPS guy's truck. I have contacted Amazon to let them know their shipping of this item is flawed and hopefully future customers won't have this problem.

I have also canceled my subscription and will resume buying this product locally so as not to anger the UPS gods.

I really like Dawn Foam Soap. I used to buy the refills but cannot find them anymore in the stores. I decided I would just order the 10.1 oz. bottles and have a good supply for awhile. I felt the price was reasonable. Also, the Lime Surge has a refreshing smell.

How can one get excited about dish detergent? Well for starters consider all the gooey wasted concentrate that has dribbled on your counter for years and the need to suds up the concentrate when washing. The beauty of these foam dispensers (it is the dispenser that is laudible here, the soap is pretty much like plain Dawn) is that it prefoams the soap and does so with nicely metered doses. No muss no fuss. If you have a greasy pot just put a couple of pumps into it before, during or after filling with water and you don't need to stir or mix. Dispense a pump onto a sponge, give it a gentle fold and it is immediately dispersed along the sponge rather than sitting like a blob in one spot. Don't throw away the empty, just refill it with diluted Dawn. We love it (and I am not an OCD type at all!). The only advice I would have is that it is best to dilute the soap by about half as that prevents any clogging and gives you plenty of suds for cleaning. Great product, I don't know why these have not taken the market by storm but I'm glad they are available through Amazon.

This is great substitute for people who don't use the machine. I love the foam, it works so much better and cleaner. I've used it for more than 3 years. Want to see amazon sell the refill. I don't like buying the 12 pumps. They need to look for a good vendor who can supply. This and Citrus kick got my vote.

The product is fine, but I ordered (8) cases and some bottles in each case exploded in transit, so I have boxes that the product has soaked through and a mess inside of the box. I have not decided what I am going to do. There are (96) bottles that I will have to clean before I can even use it. So while the product is good, someone did not package the bottles safely for shipping.
