The Best RPG for World War One Aviation,
By P. A. Panozzo "history enthusiast, avid reader" (Chicago, IL and NW IN area) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Dawn Patrol: Role Playing Game of WWI Air Combat (Boxed Set) (Hardcover)
This is simply the best representation of the "dogfights" from World War One. It has an extremely high degree of realism that in no way detracts from the competitiveness inherent in a game. It very much immerses the player into the roles of pilot and observer and presents many of the aircraft and weaponry of that era. It is also a very easy game to learn and appeals to all ages regardless of gender. I highly recommend this game. I have been playing Dawn Patrol for over twenty years and own two copies of it as the first copy is showing a great deal of wear.
