Sarah Blasko returns with the first single from her third studio album, `As Day Follows Night'. `All I Want' combines old world charm with a modern day twist, delivering a track that is both immediate and harks back to a bygone era. Recorded in Sweden with pop producer Bjorn Ytlling of Peter, Bjorn and John, `As Day Follows Night' is the result of the many months that Blasko spent tucked up by herself in her Sydney home writing and demoing. The album was recorded and mixed in less than four weeks at Atlantis and Decibel Studios in Stockholm as snow fell on cedars whilst Australia sweltered in the summer sun.

I believe part of being an artist is taking what you've learned and applying it to new music. Sarah Blasko is the leader in finding new ways to improve her music. Not only is this album a musical masterpiece, but the lyrics are a showcase of a women's point of view that is alluring and addictive.
So many artists over produce their music with heavy drums and guitars, but on this album Sarah Blasko reveals a different side of her artistic talent. As much as I enjoy all her albums, I continue too look forward to what she will do next.
My suggestion is if you enjoy a sense of intimacy with music, this album will take you above and beyond.

Fantastic, Blasko really performs bringing melody, harmony, humour and sweet lyrics to this record.

I was living in Australia for awhile and loved listening to the radio station Triple J where they feature a lot of indie, alternative, local, up and coming and well...you get the picture. Sarah Blasko had been around for some time but I hadn't heard of her until they played a new song from this album. I was hooked! This is a cd that I will listen to all the way through in all kinds of moods. Her voice is like butter and just melts. Another all time favorite artist to check out is Lhasa de Sela - she sings in Spanish, French and English.

Wonerful CD
I bought this CD becuase I heard one of the songs on NPR, and they talked about her. I was not disappointed. The CD is really nice.
