As a believer in food combining, I recommend this book as the best on the subject. Compared to other books, which go into too much scientific detail, discuss a myriad of diseases, and often present contradictory information about what foods can and cannot be combined, this book is short and easy to understand, with clear, concise, and consistent rules about what foods to combine, and with simple ideas for meals.

I really did not find this book to useful. Alot of the food in the book I would not eat. Would not recommend this.
