This book is fantastic for young kids with food allergies! Little ones enjoy sharing, this could be dangerous with food allergies. I really like how the author uses real life looking children having fun and meeting new friends... not sharing...but the little one asks her to play :) --Judy Mulari

This book is a must have for children with peanut allergies. It has pictures that interest kids, and a format that lends itself to potentially life saving discussions. Great parent tips as well.

Very simple, to the point, easy to understand. My son is 3 3/4 yrs old. He has had peanut allergy since he was 22 months old. I try to support peanut free writings since they are so few. He sat through reading this, but he seemed bored. That may be him since he is very active and does not like sitting still. It is a great book to add to our library. He is to the point now where I need him to understand how to keep his body safe when playing with other kids. I think my husband needs to read this since he misses the connection of kids eating peanut butter sandwiches and then playing on the playground issue. I am glad I bought this book.

There was a page that told children with allergies not to share food with others and another that told them not to pick up trash. I expected more. Totally a waste of money -- IT"S GOING TO BE RETURNED!
