The version I had of this book had a notice to contact the publisher/author if you wanted to be included in future editions, which only confirmed what I suspected: people paid to be included in this book. The very latest edition does not contain this notice, that I could see, so perhaps it is improved, but the edition I had was oddly random because of this. I threw it away.
