Nowadays, many singers feel the need to embellish and change classic songs to prove how artistic they are. Daydream is a precious gift for this very reason. The songs are sung the way they should be. No pretense, gimmicks, nor fancy arrangements. The beauty of this record are the songs. Extremely tasteful and sensual, this album will plumb the depths of your emotional soul. Virgo will break your heart. I know it did mine. Lovely.
