The Tom Collins... The name may make you think of swanky jazz and drinks in highball glasses, but this group is nothing of the sort. Based in Atlanta, GA The Tom Collins are a hard hitting, heavy blues based rock band. They have gained a steady fan base over the years for good reason: these guys kick ass! The driving bass, syncopated drum rhythms, and guitar pushed to the very edge of overdrive will put a huge smile on your face. This group and this album is VERY highly recommended if you like fantastic rock and roll. Enjoy!

Sadly overlooked band,

Just saw them for the first time at The Earl in Atlanta. Excellent show, and having listened to this entire CD, I had to buy it for myself.Great band, lots of potential that will sadly never come to fruition - they're breaking up.

This is a solid, intelligent CD. Strong songs, smart, slightly off-center lyrics, great musicianship and a trully amazing vocalist. Worth spending the money on this this one, though it will take a few listens to get used to. Invenst the money and the time and you will be rewarded.
