While I fully respect the status of the author and the value of his personal experiences, I noticed immediately that he confuses the names of the ancient Sumerian/Babylonian "deities". For example he says Ea is synonomous with Ishtar. Ishtar/Inanna is female. Ea/Enki is male. These are two totally different personages.
Some of the information given in this book must be read with caution as various bits and pieces of the record are presented in a confused or incorrect manner. He also presents the ancient Maya as a "peaceful" people who were "warred upon" by more aggressive tribes. This too is false, as any cursory study of even Maya relief sculptures illustrates. They were an extremely bloody race through centuries of time, as shown in countless renderings in stone. I found these glaring mistakes after reading only a few pages of the book.
His heart is in the right place, but his scholarship is sorely lacking.

Remember the Nostradamus hype after 9-11? Publishers couldn't crank the stuff out fast enough. One scarcely hears of him anymore. But I did expect to see some mention of him on the pages of this work. Not a peep.....Others were also notably absent. What I did see was a work that was put together very quickly with little or no editing, much less proofreading. No footnotes, no obvious format design. It would have been nice to know who some of the contributing authors were and which segments were attributable to them. But those are just technicalities. Perhaps Dr. Ghost Wolf felt it was more important to get the information out sooner than later for the edification of his readers. There is plenty of data for consideration, but precious little guidance as to how to synthesize all that info. Let's give the good Doctor the benefit of the doubt and assume he feels that we are intelligent enough to do that for ourselves. Hence, beware. Read between the lines, consult other authors, let all that data marinate before buying up real estate "scheduled" to be beachfront property in 3015. Or perhaps ask yourself why you are interested in prophecy at all?
