I did get both books, but for me... I should've done one or the other. When I started working the interactive study, I discovered it was a recap of the book.

If you're a better audio learner or have limited time or attention deficit issues, this is an excellent product with the cds and workbook. It's broken down well, clear, concise.

But it's the same as the book, and I didn't need the reinforcement of the principles.

This book makes you think. I found it made me reassess everything I did and why. It gives great practical pointers on job applications but also makes you evaluate your life and put it in perspective

This is a great book for anyone considering a job change. It goes far beyond that however and leads you to discover what you want to "be". Each of us have God-given talents and passions. Our lives are so much more fulfilling if we find work that is matched to those talents and passions. Dan also shares ways to be proactive and professional when searching.

If you are at a point where you don't know what to do in your career or job options this book is perfect. If you are multitalented and having a hard time choosing a direction, this book is perfect. Dan Miller has done an excellent job of getting the audience to think about who they are and finding a job based on those findings. I have been purchasing this book for friends and family as well.

This interactive study helps a person to write down things about themselves that they may not have ever thought about. It is very fulfilling and rewarding to look into yourself and find out that, sometimes, you are very different from what you first thought. I recommend this study and the book or CD to anyone who really wants to know more about themselves.

Everyone who is sick and tired of working an 8-5 job they have no business doing but find themselves doing anyway should read this book. I am a writer by nature but I ignored my passion in pursuit of the quick buck. I took whatever job opportunities were available at any given time and over five years became miserable. Now, in an economy that has everyone feeling upside down, this book is helping me to pursue my dreams. The book has a fresh approach and it makes you think about what's most important in life-your happiness. "When work is a pleasure, life is a joy"-quoted from the book. Pick this up immediately if you're story is anything like mine! You won't regret it.

If you're out of a job, getting ready to lose your job, or just want to find another line of work, this is for you. This interactive study really makes you look deep into your heart and really think about what it is you really want to do.

The book is extremely useful in the field of life coaching. It is interesting, current, and well-written. I strongly recommend it to anyone in the life-coaching field.

48 Days will help you get focused so you know what you should "do" when you grow up...and enjoy your life while you work.

If you find your self our of work or in a job you dont care for then this is a good book to buy.

I have a good career and still enjoyed the first two thirds of this book. When it got to taking action part I started to skim as I did not want to change from my current career.

The same author wrote a book after this called "No More Mondays" which I really enjoy and have started work in addition to my current career.

But this book (48 Days) is a keeper and is here on my book shelf
