4.0 out of 5 stars A good little read September 13, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
This novel is adds a surprising little twist to the age-old fairy tale of Jack and the Beanstalk. If you like fantasy, this is a good addition to your collection. The author is very detailed and brings each character to life wonderfully, so that you feel you know each of them personally, which always makes for an interesting read. The setting is also animated, artfully bringing the reader directly into medieval times. The ending leaves the story open for a sequel, but also leaves the reader satisfied with the tale told. All in all, a nice little story.
