This is a great item for any NASCAR fan. With 2008 being the 50th running of the Daytona 500, this is a great collectors item to have. This is a 2-Disc set.

The first disc is interactive allowing you to choose between several different in-car camera views and even choose between several different driver's audio. It's like watching the race with a scanner.
You can switch between different drivers while the race is playing.
You can watch the whole thing over again and choose a different driver to listen to or a different camera view and it's like seeing a whole 'nother race from a different perspective.

I was there for the 50th Daytona 500 and it's great to watch it again and again and relive it all over again.

Doesn't hurt any that I'm a Ryan Newman fan (the race winner).
However, this is an item that any NASCAR fan would appreciate.

The 2nd disc has lots of stories of drivers of the Great American Race.

I'm a huge fan anyway, but this was so impressive that it motivated me to write this review - my first review ever.

NASCAR and Ryan Newman Fan

This DVD is one of my favortie NASCAR DVDs. I really enjoyed watching the race in an interactive "My Race" format. The different angles and audio make the race fun to watch over and over again.

The different angles include:

FOX Sports original TV broadcast

#88 Dale Earnhardt Jr on-board with team audio

#9 Kasey Kahne on-board with team audio

#11 Denny Hamlin on-board with team audio

#20 Tony Stewart on-board with team audio

#24 Jeff Gordon on-board with team audio(only for the first half of the race. After Gordon retires with a suspension failure he is replaced by #31 Jeff Burton on the DVD)

Great DVD for fans who can enjoy this historic race over and over again.

This is a cool DVD. I enjoyed watching it from different views. If you're a NASCAR fan I recomend buying it.

Gave this product to son-in-law for Christmas and he was thrilled with it. He said it is really good and he enjoys all of it very much. He can't pick out one thing.
