Be your own barista with the De'Longhi BCO320T Combination Machine, an all-in-one cappuccino and espresso machine and drip coffee maker. This unit lets you brew coffee to your preferred strength and create your favorite espresso drinks, such as lattes and cappuccinos. An advanced filter keeps water fresh and clean, while a special indicator helps you avoid stale coffee. The integrated cup storage tray warms your cups, ensuring an optimum cup of coffee. The warm function keeps a whole pot of coffee warm for up to two hours. Weighing less than 13 pounds and measuring 12.8 by 14.5 by 11 inches (H x W x D), this combination machine helps you save space on your countertop.
Patented Complete Front Access
With this machine’s patented Complete Front Access, there’s no need to move your coffeemaker for basic operation and maintenance. Just pull the handle on the front of the machine to add water or coffee grounds. You don’t even need to lift the top.
Easily Brew Your Favorite Coffee Drink
The included filter holder and measuring cup take the guesswork out of brewing your favorite coffee drink by making it easy to measure just the right amount of coffee and water. The cup warmer on top of the machine ensures your cups are the ideal temperature for your drink.
Advanced Filtration for Freshness
Great coffee begins with fresh, clean water. The advanced water filtration system eliminates odd flavors caused by chlorine to help your coffee taste its best. The Freshness indicator ensures you'll only drink fresh coffee. For an hour after brewing, the LED lights illuminate every 15 minutes to let you know how long the coffee has been standing.
Easily Prepare Lattes and Cappuccinos
The user-friendly Swivel Jet frother mixes steam and milk to create a rich and creamy foam for lattes and cappuccinos. The frother can also be used to quickly heat milk for hot chocolate.
24-Hour Programmable Timer and Water Level Indicator
Start the day with the aroma of fresh-brewed coffee. The 24-hour, programmable digital timer can be set to brew before you wake in the morning or whenever you need it. Additionally, a water level indicator lets you know when the machine needs refilling.
Durable Gold-Tone Filter
Even the finest grounds stay out of your coffee with the permanent gold-tone filter. Its durable design ensures reliable, long-lasting use.
Convenient Pause and Serve Function
Suspend the brewing cycle with the Pause and Serve function. This feature allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee even before the pot is finished brewing. The BCO330T also keeps a pot of coffee warm for up to 12 hours.

The repair center turned out to be pretty close, so, I drove over and dropped it off. A couple of weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called. The response was "we have not gotten to it yet". Then a week after that I received a call saying the part to fix it was on back order from Italy. No ETA.
I am now looking for a replacement and needless to say we will not be buying a DeLonghi product for this or anything else.
I got this because I like the occasional cappuccino. It does a decent job for a middle of the road product.
First the drip side. It's a little slower than other drip machines I've had for making the full 10 cups. The biggest drawback of the drip side is the design of the carafe spout. When filling the water reservoir you have to pour super slow or it overflows and drips water onto your counter. Same thing when you pour the first couple of cups of coffee. Once it gets to about the 6 cup mark you can pour at a better rate without it dripping. The spout is basically just flat with really small lips on the sides, not the contoured glass you find most places.
As a plus you do have the Aroma mode if you only want to make 4 cups or less to make sure you get good flavor from the short brew. The programmable auto off is also great if you are the type of person who tends to forget about the pot in the morning. The warming plate does run a little hot. It doesn't burn the brewed coffee, but if it's been sitting there more than about 15 minutes, it's way too hot to drink.
For the espresso side. I like the switch valve operation over something you have turn. And it won't let the steam into the espresso brewing side until it reaches the right pressure so you can leave it on the coffee setting when you turn it on.Read more ›
For the iced lattes, I use the espresso maker only (no frothing). The instruction manual says to line up the arrow on the coffee holder handle to the arrow on the unit just above it. It also wants you to run water through it without anything in the coffee holder four times before you use it for coffee. When you do that, hot water spits out as it comes through over the handle. I contacted DeLonghi support via email and received the typical automated email based on poor filters a few days later. When I responded for a better response from them, I received a response that said in order to help me, they needed specific information about me (my address, where I bought it, etc.) in order to help me, again, a few days later. By the time I got that email, I figured out that the handle needs to be pushed counterclockwise as far as it will go, which puts the entire handle past the arrow on the unit, in order to stop it from spitting. It works well now and I have my coffee. I never responded back to the last email and they never followed up.
For the drip side, I had read reviews that the machine will leak water out of the back when you fill it. The instruction manual states that it will leak out the back if you put more than 10 cups of water in the well. The decanter has a 10 cup mark, so you can't fill the decanter to the top and expect to put all of that in the well. When I ran water through it before using it for drinks, I put the max of 10 cups in and didn't have an issue with leakage at all.Read more ›
Right out of the box I was in love. It looks great and fit perfectly onto my counter - no bigger or smaller than I'd imagined. Easy to set up, and after the quick 15 minutes of first-run cleaning, I tried making my first cappuccino at home.
Came out perfect!
Great foam even with the little plastic bit everyone says is useless (I prefer using it), easy to get the hang of water measuring, a nice no-splash lid on the espresso carafe, great taste, done in less than two minutes! Is it anything like the professional machine at work? Of course not - far more steps, far more cleanup, you have to pay attention and stop the espresso drip to conserve water for the milk steaming. But for my money, this is without a doubt the best I could've asked for.
If you go to try and remove the water tank cap before all the steam has been used, a safety mechanism makes it impossible by having the cap just spin without catching. At first I panicked, thinking my machine was broken and I'd never be able to add water again. Then I reread the instructions and there was a small note that said it was a design feature to prevent steam burns. Thanks DeLonghi! I was eager to make more espresso so I just propped a tall glass under the steam wand, let it run out over the course of a minute, and bam. Screw cap came right off. I love this and can't wait to try the drip coffee side!
