Good Product, With a Minor Problem,

If only it weren't such a task to clean after use, if only there were some sort of coating on it to reduce the amount of labor required to scrub it with steel wool soap pads. True, the current model--enameled rather than bare aluminum--is much easier to maintain than the old one, but it still takes much longer to clean it than it does to cook on it.
