I've had a pair of these for about a year now, as a machinist in a non-air conditioned plant these were a welcome pair of shoes (nicely ventilated), my only comlaints were the soles sould be a little softer (added some gel inserts) and I wore through the soles in about a year.

Time for another pair.

Only complaint is the mesh liner seems a bit weaker than the balance of the shoe, as on my right shoe it has broken down completely.

These shoes are very comfortable, I even wore them for a long day of walking at an amusement park, chose them over my sneakers. That really says something about this shoe.

This is a very sturdy and durable shoe. It would be great for someone who spends a good deal of time on and off the work site and wants the protection of a boot without having to wear a boot. However, if you are planning on purchasing this as a general wear shoe they are a little bit heavier than you would like for that use. Also, they were half a size big for me.
