Great Work Boot,

The DeWALT Men's Foundation II Heavy Duty 6" Steel Toe Work Boot is by far the best work boot I have purchased in 35 years.
This is my 3rd pair and surely not the last. They are very durable and take a ton of abuse. I am a receiving clerk in a grocery store, that means I am on my feet at least 7 hours of an 8 hour shift on hard cement floors, I am in and out of walk in freezers, and other refrigeration areas, in the course of a day I can walk through puddles of spilt milk, spilt liquid soap, icy floors, greasy floors, etc., and for the most part they live up to their no-slip description. I am not one to polish my shoes or add any other exterior protection but again they hold up just fine, my shoes last me an average of 18 to 24 months before I am forced to buy another pair. I have a very wide foot, (EE-EEE) and the "wide" size fit me perfect, absolutely no break-in period. My only complaint is that the laces that come with them break within about 6 months, maybe I just tie them too tight or something and that is definitely not a deal breaker. Great boot, excellent value even at $100. Buy them and I am sure you will get your money's worth out of them. |
