I was drawn to this book after searching for ways to help my business survive the ever-changing Internet economy. Ms. Windham's book offers incredibly helpful advice and is full of examples on how to stay ahead of the competition. This was one of those books that was difficult to put down. A must read for anyone who wants to transform their company into a profitable e-business.

I must congratulate Ms. Windham on her excellent book "Dead Ahead". I think I must have read it more than three times by now. I am a consultant and my company is involved in web design and development. On many of my assignments, I relied on this book as a guide and many of her ideas have worked very well with my clients.

I have found this book very useful in leading an agency team to develop a strategic plan for our website for Congress (sort of an extranet). Thanks to this book, we have a better chance of succeeding in getting our director to help us make the site the strategic enterprise it needs to be!

I works as a Director of Sales & Marketing for an auto parts manufacturer here in San Diego. I've read lots of Internet business books over the past 18 months and "Dead Ahead" is one of the few guides I actually passed along to my co-workers. It's intelligent, a smooth read, and filled with case studies and useful information my team actually used! This is a must read for middle managers and executive managers -- especially those workers who are intimidated by the Internet but know that the Web train is coming at them. I highly recommend it.
