5.0 out of 5 stars "Dead End" a really good read., December 31, 2006
This book is about a crime that I have followed for years and have some recent personal contact with. At the end it comes to the same conclusions the locals have thought for years. It is well done and a good read just as a mystery story. Mr. Pecora has done careful research and has patterned it closely after police reports.

4.0 out of 5 stars Accurate and insightfull, March 3, 2007
By warrior1978 (United States) - See all my reviews
Essentially the author has written a non-fiction book and changed places' names and the last names of those involved in order to protect their identities. From the news articles that I've read over the years, this book seems pretty accurate.

Unfortunately it is not likely we'll ever know the truth on who killed the Richard Robison family in Goodhart Michigan during the summer of 1968.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book is great for people who dont even like to read, October 21, 2007
I bought this book for my husband. He needed it for one of his classes and he hates to read, but can not seem to keep his nose outa of this book. Dead end is easy reading. I read it all in one day. It keeps you in suspense, and its fast pase so your not getting board with it. I hope you chose to read this book, I think you might like it!

The book is very good for a first time writer. His chapter on the murder of the family is very chilling. Read more
