This review is from: The Dead Land: A Superhero/Zombie Novel [Axiom-man Saga Episode No. 1] (Kindle Edition)
Good zombie read. Very short though. If you want to get it on the Kindle I would suggest it in a moment. It is well written, fast paced and how can you go wrong with a superhero fighting zombies.

Everything Is Fair Game,

Just when he thought it couldn't get any worse, lo and behold, the blue guardian of justice finds himself in a cold, gray world, filled with the undead. No problem, however, Axiom-man can fly far above any number of shambling flesh-eaters, right? Let's hope so, because now he's going to have to contend with a very unique enemy that knows him from the inside out. Ready yourself for an intense ride of suspense and horror from the mind of A.P. Fuchs.

Where was Axiom-man when I was a kid,

This review is from: The Dead Land: A Superhero/Zombie Novel [Axiom-man Saga, Episode No. 1] (Paperback)
In my youth, my favorite heroes were Batman and Ironman for the simple reason that they were ordinary men put in extraordinary situations. They could be hurt, they were flawed, and they kicked a$$.
Now, Axiom-man has arrived and though he is a super-powered man, he has limits...and quite a few. I have all the current Axiom-man titles with only Doorway of Darkness left to read (the largest volume) and AP Fuchs has created a great property here that with DEAD LAND combines super-hero fiction with the supernatural. Though a couple of the fight scenes between Axiom-man and the living dead read too similar to each other, the book is non-stop thrills. Do yourself a favor, pick up any one of the Axiom-man titles as you don't have to read them in order, but it does enhance the experience, and I'll see you here when City of Ruin hits the shelves. |
