This review is from: The Dead Sea Scriptures (Paperback)
I have a very old paperback of this with a copyright of 1956. This "Doubleday Anchor Original" is a bold and interesting book for the laymen. Though my copy is not and should not be used for a scholary tool. It is a step in that direction.

This review is from: The Dead Sea Scriptures (Paperback)
The Dead Sea Scriptures explores the Qumran scoll writings which were found in the Qumran caves in 1940 by a young Bedouin boy. The Dead Sea Scrolls were originally a part of the Scriptures before it was removed by the unbelievers for whatever reason. The Dead Sea Scriptures contains truth pertaining to who the ancient Hebrews were, including songs which they sung to the Most High. I recommend this book to be read by anyone who is not afraid of reading other scriptural books besides the Bible.
