blows all of their previous work out of the water,

wow, these guys have released quite a brutal album. i'm not a real big fan of hearing palm muting on every single song, but i love hearing the acacia strain play it because they do it better than any other band. this is basically a mix of blood has been shed style breakdown/grooves, sweet two step beats, and math metal reminiscent of a life once lost(track two, right from the start). if you are into hardcore, you'll love this. if you are into metal/death metal, you'll love this. it doesn't matter, the album is that good.

Pantera like Devastation,

The guitar riffs are thunderous unlike any other band out there. The base and drum are pummeling as other reviewers mentioned. The roaring vocals compliment this apocolyptic presence of the music.. But, this band changes up the tempo during their each song to a very catchy groove.. Overall this a more mature album then their previous ones with a faster tempo and a tighter sound..
I saw them live and these guys rip it up..

AMAZING,
This review is from: The Dead Walk (Audio CD)
this is an absolutly amazing cd. with influences clearly from a life once lost, the red chord, but not losing the same brutality we all love the acacia strain for. this is about 50 times better than 3750, wich was an amazing album
do yourself a favor and pick this up now. *Waho! Shut It Down! has one of the most nasty breakdowns ever*
