What happens on an average day in Sweet Valley., December 26, 2011
Okay, I confess. When I was twelve years old, Sweet Valley High was everything to me. Every four weeks or so, I'd wait patiently for the release of the next book in the series to see what the crazy Jessica and her sensible twin Elizabeth would be doing. Of course, I knew that Sweet Valley was a magical place, so like our world, but not like it, where all teenagers were rich, attractive and could get over murders, kidnappings and the death of key characters in just a few pages. And where the Wakefield twins repeat their sixteenth year over and over again. This book was the last Sweet Valley High novel that I ever bought or read. Maybe I was just too old by then. Or maybe there is just a point when one gives up and becomes tired of love triangles, bizarre abductions and almost murders. This novel is the third in a mini-series, where Jessica has stolen the fiance of the daughter of one of Alice's friends. Or someone. (Until this mini-series, we've never heard of the character before). And then, despite being just sixteen years old, Jessica gets engaged to her new lover. But then, it turns out her lover is a gold-digging good for nothing who tries to murder her. But not to worry. She is still rescued in unlikely circumstances by her loved ones and the Wakefields enjoy a merry Christmas, while that horrible Jeremy is left to rot behind bars. Or something.

Great ending to the mini series, May 28, 2006
In the final book in this mini series, Sue comes to Jessica in the middle of the night and tells her the truth about Jeremy, that he is a good for nothing gold digger, and that Jeremy never planned to marry Jessica, it was all just an act.
With the help of Jessica's sister, Elizabeth, Jessica searches the Internet for any info on Jeremy and she finds out that Jeremy isn't his real name. Jeremy has also tricked two more rich women into marrying him, and at the last minute he stole their fortune and left.
Finally, Jessica comes up with a plan to catch Jeremy. She calls up Todd and the police detective, Sue and they decide that Jessica will plan to run off with Jeremy to South America. Hidden in Jessica's clothes will be a microphone and Sue will be chasing Jessica the whole time.
Everything goes as plans, until Sue gets into a mini carwreck while chasing Jessica in Jeremy's car. Will Sue, Elizabeth, and Todd get to Jessica in time, or will Jeremy have his final revenge on everyone?
