Editorial Reviews

Deadly Deception exposes the terrifying human and environmental cost of GE's nuclear weapons development. At highly secret facilities like Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in upstate New York, GE workers have been poisoned by radiation and asbestos. Downwind of the Hanford, Washington nuclear bomb plant, on a stretch of road known as "Death Mile" 27 of 28 families have suffered deadly cancers or birth defects. While GE managed the Hanford plant, GE knowingly released extensive amounts of radiation into the air and water. Deadly Deception revels that GE tops the list of the EPA's Superfund toxic dump sites throughout the United States, dumping millions of pounds of hazardous chemicals into the environment from its nuclear weapons plants. Deadly Deception is the inspiring stories of people like June Casey, Tom Bailie and Jack Shannon - victims of GE who refuse to be silenced. Deadly Deception depicts the expanding GE Campaign - a powerful grassroots movement to get GE and all other companies out of the nuclear weapons business.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Documentary, October 24, 2010
This review is from: Deadly Deception: General Electric, Nuclear Weapons, and Our Environment (VHS) (VHS Tape)
Very informative. I used this video for research for a business ethics project. However it's only about 30 min long. By the way you can get the DVD or VHS directly from the people who made the video for around $20 or stream it for $5. groundspark.org
Hope this helps
