A wickedly fun read.,

A "who-done-it?" that picks up speed with calculated momentum as each new character is introduced. I had to admonish myself not to speed-read (like gulping dessert) so that I could absorb every meaningful clue as the tension mounted. A familiarity with church politics could conceivably increase a reader's enjoyment of this page-turner, but it wasn't at all necessary in order to imagine the gossiping and sniping that might well occur behind any set of heavily-carved wooden doors. Despite the fact that he has everything to offer and more, Morgan's reasons for keeping Peter at arm's length ring especially true. Mystery, intrigue, comedy, pathos and romance ~ what's not to love?
